PNG or JPEG, not PDF. The product photo is uploaded to Klaviyo's image library at the last step and the emails point at it there. Until then the preview shows your local copy. Crop out people, uniforms and lanyards — those read as endorsements.

Checks which Klaviyo account you are signed in to before it writes anything. It will refuse any account but RetenlyLab.
A flow cannot be created without a trigger. Pick anything — you set the real one when you copy the flow to the client account.
