Privacy: RetenlyLab Hub
Last updated 4 November 2026
The RetenlyLab Hub (hub.retenlylab.com) is an internal work tool of RetenlyLab. Only people on the RetenlyLab team list can sign in. Admins add people to that list, and the hub is not open to the public.
What the hub stores about you
- Your login: your email address, your name as it appears in the hub, and your role (admin, checker or builder).
- Sign-in details: when you sign in with Google, Google tells the hub your email address, your name and your Google account ID. When you sign in with an email link, the hub only has your email address. The time of your last sign-in is also kept.
- Your work in the hub: to-dos, work items and their status, notes, store details, onboarding ticks and settings. Each change records who made it and when, so the team can see what changed.
The hub also shows RetenlyLab's own business data, such as client store figures, campaigns, invoices and team hours. It is read from RetenlyLab's spreadsheets and data system.
What the hub does not do
- It does not read your Gmail, Google Drive or anything else in your Google account. Google sign-in is used only to confirm who you are.
- It has no ads and no tracking or analytics cookies. It does not sell or share your data. The only thing kept in your browser is what keeps you signed in.
Where the data is kept
The data is kept in a Supabase database in the EU (Ireland). The website is served by Cloudflare, and sign-in emails are sent through Resend. These services process the data only to run the hub.
Your questions and requests
To see, correct or remove what the hub holds about you, or for any question about this page, email retenlylab@gmail.com. When you leave the team, your access is switched off. The record of the changes you made stays with the work they belong to.
